Ron McLean has been known as Rowdy most of his life, mainly because he is easy going, friendly, light hearted, pragmatic, down to earth and authentic.

He retired at the age of 34, was head hunted to turn around one of the countries largest hospitality businesses and is now managing director of his own business consulting company Creating Synergy.
